Wonderful complimentary breakfast, though taxi access was a bit challenging due to the narrow alley.

The breakfast offered was outstanding with healthy options.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were useless.

Excellent overall experience. Accommodating staff, impeccable services, and perfect location near all the bars, restaurants and tourist spots and all the main temples and the citadel. Exceptionally good and amazing breakfast, a great selection of options available.

The entire staff greeted us with warm smiles.

While the warm welcome was appreciated, the room itself left much to be desired. It lacked basic comfort, with only a sheet provided and a bed that felt uncomfortably hard. The humidity levels were unbearable upon re-entering the room after outings.

The central location makes it a great base, with clean rooms and a fast Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast options are minimal but good, and the staff is genuinely friendly and eager to assist. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley that might be hard to find initially.

The customer service stood out, especially the warm welcome from the manager who helped with planning our itinerary. The Beautiful Double room was super clean, quiet, and even had a shower door! Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, and the location, while in a narrow lane, was just a short walk from the market and river front.

I had to leave after 3 nights.

Room was super clean and had a huge bed, shower, and all the amenities like air conditioning and a minibar. They had complimentary toiletries, a safe, and even wine glasses. Loved the solar umbrellas by the spa. Plus, Ruby was awesome in helping with everything. Definitely a great place!

Tasty breakfasts with a mix of healthy choices, Western dishes, and fresh fruit 🍳. the location here is amazing, offering a wide variety of items on the menu.

The accommodation is conveniently located close to the city center, great dining options, and the train station, with friendly and attentive staff members.

The staff we met were competent and committed. the hotel has a magnificent location right next to nightlife, bars, restaurants, tourist spots, and Hue's main attractions. - We had a wonderful supper sipping drinks at the nearby Dmz Bar.
